Nick is an innovator and a process enthusiast at heart. He challenges teams to optimize the future of data and its intersection with technology. He builds, implements, and sustains Capacity Management, Continuous Improvement, and Data programs using Business Process Management, Data Management & Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Organizational Change Management. He helps people be more effective by leveraging the skills, tools, coaching, and discipline needed to promote continuous improvement while building high-quality and efficient business processes that scale growth and enable data-driven decision-making.
Nick is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master Black Belt who mentors others to strengthen trust and relationships while guiding organizations to improve culture and processes. Specifically, he does this by pushing, prodding, influencing, consulting, and encouraging others to dream big, question which business metrics matter, and tirelessly innovate by asking why things are done the way they are.
